Nourish to Flourish Culinary Entrepreneurship Accelerator is the first mobile commercial kitchen accelerator in San Antonio, Texas.


Nourish to Flourish empowers immigrants and refugees with guidance, skills, training, and mentorship when entering or expanding their culinary microbusiness to support themselves and their families, contribute to the local economy, and attain self-actualization.

The Nourish to Flourish Commerical Kitchen has officially come in!

The mobile commercial is finally in and we are working on finishing setting it up! Stay tuned for more exciting updates and a new NourishFlourish website!

Nourish to Flourish enables immigrants and refugees to contribute to the local cultural vibrancy, thereby expanding San Antonio's recognition internationally by UNESCO as a Creative City of Gastronomy for its food culture. In addition, Nourish to Flourish helps immigrants and refugees integrate faster within the community and gives other residents a chance to know and understand other cultures through food.

Culturingua’s Nourish to Flourish Culinary Entrepreneurship Incubator, in collaboration with our local and global partners, builds on the culinary skills refugees and immigrants bring with them and provides entrepreneurship training, mentorship, and access to startup capital. By completing our program, individuals are able to start a business to support themselves and their families, contribute to the local economy, and attain self-actualization.
