Culturingua, as a member of the Silk Road District Coalition, is developing the Silk Road Community Land Trust (CLT) to enable low- and moderate-income residents to access attainable and affordable homeownership. The Silk Road Community Land Trust is supported by Methodist Healthcare Ministries, the San Antonio Area Foundation, and the San Antonio Housing Trust.
About Community Land Trusts (CLT)
Community land trusts (CLTs) are nonprofit organizations governed by a board of CLT residents, community residents and public representatives that provide lasting community assets and shared equity homeownership opportunities for families and communities.
