This program supports arts-based entrepreneurs living and working in the Silk Road Cultural Heritage District to start and expand arts-based businesses. Industries include textiles, visual arts, performing arts, and culinary arts.
This is an annual program that has supported over 250 entrepreneurs since 2021.
